We have 2 Groups

The "A" group for the experienced faster cyclists

and

The "B" group which will have a more leisurely pace to cater for those who are returning to or beginning the sport.

Both groups meet at

All experienced cyclists male or female young or old are catered for. We have, within our ranks, a cross section of members, of varying abilities and we organize our weekly training runs accordingly. Our aim is to enjoy our cycling and to get the maximum benefit from our trips.

We will be running three tours this year.

We also try to attend a number of tours in various parts of the country during the year. 

 Our aim is to have fun and enjoy our cycling.

So if you want to train for an particular event or just come out and see how far you can go or how fast. Come along and join us. Cycling helmets are compulsory.
