1. If you have Microsoft Office or Microsoft Works click on "Stock Gear Order Form 2009. xls" icon above and select Save.
   
2. Open Excel File and Enter Name Size (see below for sizing guide. Sizes should be the same as last Gear) and Quantity Required. Prices and discounts will be calculated automatically.
3. Print Form and return to address  with a cheque for at least 50% of total price.
